She is your sister...just say "Sorry"...
And then give her a hugg...;

Tell her you love her and if it is something you said or did admit you made an error in judgment. Do not try to get into a lot of detail, just summarize what ever situation that caused you to have the need to apologies.

Honestly, just be yourself.
