I had a missed miscarriage in December, I was 13 weeks pregnant and had to have 2 evacuations due to everything not being removed. Since then I have had one period starting on the 22nd Feb and for about the last 2 weeks I have been feeling very nauseous at all times of the day, have been irritable and very weepy and have had a couple of bad headaches. I’ve had a couple of spots of blood since Friday mostly they are brown, sometimes red or pink and yesterday I thought that my period was going to start but there was a tiny amout of very light blood and since then nothing. I'm also having pains (they don't hurt but can't think of a better word!!) in my stomach. I took a pregnancy test last Saturday but it was negative. I don't know if I took it too early or not. What do you think? Thank you for all your help.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who replied to my question. I'm going to take another test over the weekend and fingers crossed it'll come out positive. Thanks again xx

I think you better check with your doctor, You had a miscarriage and it can be a problem in the uterus which is giving you nausea, It happened to me as well when I had my D&C after the missed miscarriage I suffered from nausea etc after one month and irregular periods, they had to check my uterus which was still very soft due to D&C and had an infection which was causing all these problems, better wait three months after a miscarriage to have another pregnancy. I must advise you to see your doctor immediately, dont risk your health.

you could well be pregnant again hun, my nephew's girlfriend had a miscarriage and then fell pregnant straight after and that was with protection, so give it another week or 2 and then go and see you dr tell him/her whats happening and have a test done.

It could be the cases of your periods being irregular after the pregnancy. I would speak to your doctor just be sure that it's all normal and that you dont have any infection. Speak to him/her about your loss and your feelings too. They are there to help.
