Try to run a lot. Try not to run very fast so as to manage to run for a longer period of time. Don't stop until your are very tired. Do this as often as you can.

Avoid fatty foods.
Focus your exercises/warm ups on your buttocks.
Lying face down, bending knees and reaching buttocks with feet (tones butt).
Lying face up of, lifting one leg straight up in the air so it is at a 90 degree angle with the rest of your body, point your toes and make small circles in the air with your foot. Once tired, do the other leg.
