Maybelline Great Lash mascara in waterproof is excellent. Its the one in the pink tube with a green cab. It is America's number one selling mascara and only costs around £5. Naturally the more expensive you go the better quality you gain usually. If you want to splash out a bit more, try Lancome Hypnose Waterproof. It is fantastic and definately will not run.
Just a word of warning though, try not to use waterproof mascara too much. It is much strong than normal mascaras and can damage your lashes making them thin, brittle and fall out.

The Maybelline ones are the best of the high street. Most of their mascaras come in waterproof versions - look for the pale blue, rather than black, bottles on the shelf.

love the mascara from MaxFactor. they are waterproof and gives extra volume. i use it everyday. ;)
