i loved being 14,,1984 was a brilliant year, the music the clothes, everything is still so fresh in my mind, even now 22 years on.
I loved it.
The only thing i would do differently would be to write to my grand parents more often as i lived in Canada from 1980-1985 and the rest of my family was in Liverpool.
My minds flashing back, think ill have a cup of tea and remember the good old days

Be insistent on getting help for my mum's health problems instead of letting the stress of it all boil up inside me resulting in a nervous breakdown and three months in a psychiatric hospital. Though if I could turn back the clock I'd only have to go back four years. Ah well..xx

I'd probably say I would avoid the girlfriend I started dating at 15. She completely messed with my head.

But having said that, all your life experiences, both good and bad, are what made you who you are. So to be honest, I wouldn't change a thing, as much as i hate to admit it, I'd let myself go through that heartache again simply because it made me a better person in the end.

All of my past mistakes have made me who I am and given me everything I have. I wouldn't change anything. If I did go back in time and changed things then I wouldn't have my daughter or my husband.

Crap happens in everyones life.....it builds character and teaches you lessons. When you make mistakes you just need to learn from them and never make the same mistake twice. It's all part of a learning process.

I would not have pursued a man that was only interested in one thing. Thanks to my silly school girl dream, I spent most of my GCSE's day dreaming about him, convinced I was heartbroken!, and wasted my grades. Beyond that, nothing, I learnt a lot in the years that followed.
