sandy deposites came from the air ...as the air carry the dust and the rain take that dust down from the air

The air if filled with sand and dust so when rain falls it carrys all these sand particles down with it that's y ur car get's sand on it. U even smell sand in the air after it rains right?? u feel that the air is fresh.!!!!

Any particulates present in the air get flushed out when it rains. This is why the air always seems brighter after a shower.

It lands on your car, and when the rain dries, the particulates are left beind as a deposit.

It is from the sandstorms in Africa settling, do you also notice the sky looks kinda red.
