If I have a mole on my ear, will I be able to pierce it? Will it get infected if I do?

I wouldn't get it pierced if the hole will go through the mole. Apart from a hell load of bleeding, I think you are more likely to get it infected. I'd choose somewhere else to have the piercing, there are many ones you can get done in your ears that look good.

Your not suppose to pick or pierce moles as it can lead 2 skin cancer in that area so id say leave it alone..better safe than sorry :)

If you mess with moles there is a good chance they can get malignant and turn into skin cancer.... Stay away from it. Rather choose another spot!
