I am about to finish my BSC in electronics engineering. I want to pursue my MS; probably in business management. Where do you think is the best place; USA or JAPAN?

If Japan is better, do I have to study the local language?

It depends on the program. Honestly however, if you want to study anything other than Japanese in a Japanese University virtually all universities require that you pass at least nikyuu (second level Japanese Proficiency test) and most require ikkyuu (first level) proficiency to enroll as a typical student. Unless your Japanese is pretty advanced already you shouild probably start looking in the U.S., study Japanese intensly, and plan for a doctorate or second masters in Japan.

There are a stack of electronics jobs in Japan, most not requiring Japanese skills, but fluent English. I have studied Japanese and it really isn't a hard language to learn... Have a look at some available positions at: http://www.careercross.com/en/ and also other Japanese job search sites to see what is available.

I lived 4 and a one million/2 years in Japan. that's an excellent united states to locate, their way of life is so diverse than ours. the cost of residing is extreme,..that's crowded, the all and sundry is well mannered nonetheless, the version in speaking language is confusing. jap is a very diverse sentence shape. that's a relaxing place to have an prolonged pass to, yet no place on earth can provide the advantages and different life kind of america.
