Why do my arms fall asleep while I'm in bed?

It almost seems to not matter what position I'm in.

this often is coming from your Neck and is affecting the nerves going down to your arms. I recommend you see a chiropractor and get a total evaluation. I've enclosed a link where you can find a good chiropractor in your area in the USA .

Do they hurt as well? If so then you may be experiencing carpal tunnel syndrome...check with your doc
