the way to find out if 4oz is enough for him is to make him a bigger bottle up. for example 6 oz and see how much he drinks. if he drinks more than 4 oz then he needs bigger bottles making up.

on the tins of baby milk they give you a rough idea of the age and amount of feeds and amount of oz to give your baby but they are only a guide and you are suppossed to feed your baby as much as he/she will drink.

if he cries for ages in the morning and he isnt ill or doesnt have a dirty nappy i would guess he is still hungry.

my little boy is 6 weeks old and he wakes up between 1 and 3 times a night.

good luck.

it can be the letdown yet for the total opposite reason. She is now 5 weeks previous - she has this nursing ingredient down pat, she is conscious what to do and the thanks to do it. Now right it really is the region - that's time to sleep she is drained and only needs to fill her abdomen up. maximum toddlers desire one breast over the different. One reason may be the quantity of ducts. So quite of having a letdown that is to quickly the letdown could be to sluggish for her. She could be mad because of it. in the course of the day she is extra laid back and pleased with it . also she could be ingesting extra in additional than a number of cases in the course of the day so her abdomen continues to be incredibly complete compared to that nighttime time feeding the position her abdomen is amazingly empty. the perfect ingredient to attempt is to have her commence out nursing on the "solid" aspect enable her thirst get quenched and then after 10 minutes or so swap her to the "slower" aspect. you may e mail me each and every time with breastfeeding questions

It sounds like he may have click. I don't know if they still sell this, but Gripe Water helps. Since this is after he eats, you can always sit him in a sitter for a while so that the food doesn't come back on him. I would try that and see if it works.
I meant colic.

It takes babies a while to get used to the outside world and every baby is different. They all have deifferent reactions and take different amounts of time to adjust. Just be patient and know it will get better. Conratulations!
