It is probably sinus but I am no doctor, just from this happening to me. This Michigan weather here has been so crazy-84 yesterday and 40 in the next few days. My sinuses crash and burn when that happens-too drastic of a change. I use prescription nasal spray and something like Allegra D. All the sinus meds are over the counter now. Good luck.

I have been having same problem! Aleve works pretty good, but nothing gets rid of it completely. Keep trying the cold rag and lay down in a very dark room(after you call the doctor).

95% of all headaches are from dehydration so go drink some water and i meen like 2 big glasses and then take your Tylenol but Excedrin probably will work better and then wait like 30 min to see a difference

OUCH! Been there too often...

Tyenol Migraine was offered me beginning of my day 3. I hurt so bad my eyes were swollen. But it worked! I took it with the 50th cold rag to my face, laid down and fell asleep within 5 minutes. I woke up 4 hours later and the pain was gone and my eyes were normal again. I hope it works for you!

If your headache is because of allergies use a decongestant. It will help. Not an antihistimine because that will dry you out and could make the headache worse. If it is because of stress you could try herbal remedies that contain valerian root.

Goody's powders. They work wonders even for a toothache. You also may need to get away from your computer screen for a while. A good strong cup of coffee.

Go to the doctor or to the emergency room if it's really bad.

Marijuana works, but no one wants to admit that.

If it persists for a 3rd or 4th day, you will need to see a doctor.
