What do you think of it? I think it's a little disappointing. I used to love her shows.

I used to love Dame Edna (even though I was quite young when I first heard of her). I was so looking forward to her show, but I am hugely disappointed. The first episode's few first minutes seemed stretched out, as if they had no idea how to introduce her back into the public arena. And the jokes were not even jokes...they weren't funny at all. Terribly disappointed, I expected better.

The reason why it's disappointing is because it's made for export, which is basically a new format so they can sell it to other countries like America for instance. A lot of programs are now being 'ruined' this way, so it won't really relate so much to UK audience. I liked it before when she used to go to people's homes. Also poor old Madge Allsop is currently in a home.
