OK everyone above agrees what the common answer is but this question wa asked in mens health section so is there another meaning for VDU that is related to the subject area?

It means Visual Display Unit . I don't know why this has been filed under Health problems , unless you need to be reminded to take a break from your terminal every 40 minutes
