I think those aliens evolved on earth. My opinion is -- these are evolved humans. We were rats, then monkeys, then apes, then humans. Whats next? There is increasing intelligence, increasing visual acuity, increasing use of tools and technology. We look to a future where we use less and less physical strength. That means bigger eyes, bigger brains, smaller body. Ergo -- aliens. Now, why are these aliens abducting people? Here it is, as any species evolves to the highest level, the genetic diversity needed for a healthy species is diminished. Unlike now, we have different races of people. We just mix the races, and we create a stronger genetic make up. In the future, there will be less and less diversity, making the race weak, eventually leading to extinction. That is the problem of the aliens. How to solve that problem? They go back to the past and harvest some less evolved group of human genes, mix it with theirs, and stop their extinction. They have time machines. They can do that with their intelligence. But what do i know? I am just an ape.

There's a remote chance that it would look similar,
but if that were the case, one might question the
fact that our two species are some how connected
and that this being began life on earth thousands
of years ago.
Maybe throughout Space the Humanoid figure
is recognised as the most Desired & Attractive
Physique amongst Alien beings..
I was watched a TV show that interviewed several
people(all of which were old & ugly!) who were
abucted and forced to have sex with the Aliens
to produced some type of Alien Human Hybrid..
And they all said exactly what you desribed, one
lady said she had sex with a Alien that was half
Human and Half Lizard(what was she smokin?).
This dirty old man (about 60 years old) said that
he had an Alien Lover who picks him up while
she's in the solar system and then they do the
nasty in the back of the old UFO shagin wagon..!
These people are crazy & should be locked up!
but there stories were hilarious.!:)

An alien would have to be specified by some sort of DNA.
Any science fiction description could be right.
If you look at some of the critters on earth, you would have a hard time creating them from imagination.
An alien could look as bizarre as anything you could come up with.

It was only the mass extinctions on Earth that eliminated many of the body plans, but it would need a sensorium (sight or sonar, for example), and manipulative appendages (arms or tentacles), and could possibly be humanoid, but with different DNA (convergent evolution: puffins and penguins [cold adapted; Northern and Southern hemispheres]; birds and bats [independently evolved flight]; shark and platypus; [evolved electroreceptors independently] etc.).

Depends.
If the gravity pull of a planet is very strong, the alien might be sluggish and legless because of the tug of gravity collapses their limbs.
If the atmospheric pressure is too high, aliens might fly and glide.
If it only contains water, larger aliens dominate the sky due to absence of competition in the sky rather than in the water.
Look out for other factors and you can find your own answer.

The most unearthly alien I have met. Wow, there are only such an outstanding form of come to imagine of it. Umm the most unearthly you'll could be this alien I met that called himself Mike. He consistently looked like he became inebriated he had 2 feet that were extra like fish fins and he lost both palms in some warfare or some thing he became screaming about. Idk, he comes over everyonce and a at the same time as screaming some non secular mumbo jumbo. He became tremendous extraordinary, he consistently went in my refrigerator and got here out inebriated even even with the reality that he purely had 0.5 a lager. What a detrimental, sluggish metabolism bastard, magnificent guy even with the reality that. If I were to describe his personality to you it can in all likelihood be like assembly a deformed vietnam warfare veteran who's continuously inebriated and consistently having flashback to different wars that never happend idk. Oh, and by technique of ways his complete call is Mike Wazowski don't understand in case you understand him hangs out with a large fluffy alien named Sulley.

You're right. An alien can look like anything maybe something we haven't even imagined of but in the present the only aliens we know are those microscopic bacteria found on the moons surface.

Of course. Haven't you ever seen Star Trek? They wander the universe and find humanoid ones all the time.

The logic of sensory organs grouped together at a high point is hard to escape and might be common in life forms elsewhere. Otherwise, looking like us is pretty hard to believe.

Seeing as how of all the millions of species on earth, very few are humanoid, I would say the chances are very very slim.
