I believe they do. For me, most definitely. I am only 25, but already I feel that the last 7 years since leaving school have gone by SO fast! And each year seems to go by quicker and quicker - it's scary.
I can remember back to being at school and thinking how slow time was. It seemed to drag on and on and I just couldn't wait to grow up and be independent. Then almost the second I left school and entered full time employment, time just seemed to zoom by.
I now understand older people when they say stuff like "Life is short"! - it is indeed it is!!!

I think so.
Babies don't seem to have any perception of time. Toddlers have a short term perception. As you get older, you realise the years go by faster - probably aided by how busy you are, influencing that perception... i suppose eventually you get old enough to realise your days are numbered - and they must be the fastest, unless you're less busy and active...
So maybe on a graph, the line accelerates from 0 and then plateus to the end.
My guess.

Yeah. And what hangs over the belt doesn't slow it down much either.

Years are measured in fixed quantities of days, so it really can't get any faster.
