You cannot fake not being angry. You have to really not be angry to not look angry. (Unless you are talking about a physical angry look like a frown.... wich can be gotten rid of by botox easily) But if you reallly are always angry, and even strangers can pick it up, you need to find the source of whatever it is that is making you angry all day. Faking it wont help. To be really happy you have to find out what is making you feel angry all the time and sort that out. Talk to a therapist. Gud luck!!!!

The best way to not appear angry is to not be angry. Lacking that, trying to maintain a calmer and happier demeanor will actually make you a little less angry (try to stay as angry while you smile and think of something funny).
You might want to look at anger management. See links.

You don't want to be one of those fake people, I hope! You need to find out why you're so angry all the time. Don't you want to be happy? At the very least, just be yourself and tell people what's on your mind. Maybe they can relate and you'll both feel better. If they are just criticizing you for something to say, you don't want to try and alter your personality to impress them, do you?

My mother had eyes that drooped and it made her look mad and she's the sweetest person alive! Everyone kept asking her what was wrong all the time and she was the Vice President of a Bank!!! So she had plastic surgery to lift those heavy lids and her whole face brightened up!! It's weird now that she's elderly and has a lot of wrinkles, but plastic surgeons can make a small alteration sometimes and change a person's whole countenance and, consequently, their life. @8-)

Why are you angry? Pay atention to your behavior and thoughts next time you're mad, what was the reason or trigger?
Trying to conceal anger will only make it squeeze out other places where you'll have less control. Just compounds your problem

You must read comics every morning. You must watch the comedy channel for one hour in the evening. You must listen to comedy tape will driving. This is your therapy. Your angry expression will dissipate as you build good endorphins.
