I dont see what arrogance has to do with reliability...

Both. They are generally reliable and their products usually meet quality standards, but in communication you may experience some arrogance from them, especially if you are in an East-European country.

What they produce generally tends to work first time. If that is arrogant, then I wish everybody was.
