These are all names we consider common...but they aren't anymore.
Everyone and their nextdoor neighbor now has a Jaden, an Aiden, a Dylan or a Brody.
These are the "Michael's" of the next generation. And personally, they are boring and lack a sense of character for me.
SO...I would say shock the world and go back in time when tradition wasn't what happened on "Real World: San Deigo"...I miss those classic names.

Taynton is one I wanted for a boy after my son Brindley, but I went on to have three girls.
Look through baby name books for inspiration.
Try using the start of one name with the end of anouther.
I know some one who named her son Braddon after mixing Bradley and Brandon.
