Education is the key to getting ahead. Get a better education so you can get a better job and move ahead. You don't say your country, your current job or provide more information so there isn't really any better way to advise you.

The way we are using our brain is controlling our actions.
The life we live today is the result of these actions... just today.
If you want your future to be like today, you have to be as you are today. You have nothing to change.
If you want different results in your life, you have to do some changes in your daily actions!
If you want a different results in your life, you have to be the person with the proper mindset FIRST.
How can you be the correct person?
1 Set a goal .What do you really want?
2 Find a person who has arrived there you want to go and follow him
