always! I dont want to get trapped into talking to someone I dont want to talk to.

If I'm expecting a call then I just grab it when it rings.Otherwise I just let the machine answer it and then if it is someone that I want to talk to I'll pick it up.If it is my cell that rings I always look at the caller ID first.

I've never really thought about it but yes. I do always look at the ID. I didn't realize I had become so shallow and dependent on machines. I just realized too that it would be a bit scary not knowing who is calling. That's something I need to work on.

ALWAYS look at the caller ID.....even on my cell phone....there are just some people I do not want to talk too sometimes...like my sister when I have a headache...or my friend Julie when I am in a bad mood.....OR....bill collectors when I am sleeping...LOL

I always check my caller ID, if it is a number I don't recognize or a call from work I let my voicemail get it. Usually it is work trying to mooch me into some overtime!~
