Do we wish to Rule the World or Rule the Hearts of the People of the World? I feel ashamed at the kind of support that Bush gets from sections of the people here in this country. Its like the Nazi's supporting Hitler.

What I want is to be safe in my own country. I am ashamed of people who do not understand you do not quit half-way through a project. I am ashamed of people who constantly compare anyone who does not agree with them to one of the worse people to ever walk the earth. I am sick of people who stick their heads in the sand and say oh if we quit everyone will love us. If we do not follow through and finish what we have started we will not be safe. Islam's stated goal is to convert every person in the world. They have also stated that they will start with Israel and the United States. I feel that the mistakes that were made in Iraq were made because civilians tried to run a war. They should butt out and let the Generals run the war. They should just stand out of the way and make sure the Generals have everything they need. If we had done this from the beginning this war would have been over a long time ago.

Hitler wanted to rule the world by taking your heart, dead or alive. He'll take your goodwill too by God, it's what is keeping you alive.
What you suggest doesn't come close to a comparison.
Try ruling the heart of a drug addict, or a compulsive worker, or your girlfriend. How does that usually end?

Of the answers above, one seems to justify the fact that just because one president had a long list of indictments against him. you are allowed to have another president meaner, uglier, and more evil.
the third answer just proves what nostradamus has written about some Fascist forces breeding in the country.
