Australia is the most powerful contender. New Zealand tend to play well against Australia though and have a good recent record against them, so they may upset them. Sri Lanka are doing well and are a bit of an unknown. South Africa will be favourites if the Australian's do not make it to the final.

team Australia is the most powerful and strong contender of world cup..not only this world cup but from 1999...
they have a good team and to defeat them needs extreme good team effort....
south africa is also a powerful contender, but not like Aussies...
South africa is the only team that can beat aussies if they play better....it requires huge team effort

Austrailia. they are defending champs and have one of the best teams in the world. even south africa is a good contender, but they dont win that many world cups as austrailia.
