should get a very sincere and hard working team.. forget this failure as a passing cloud and try to get a full team ready for the coming events.

They should spot talented youngsters from all over the country, make 2 or 3 teams and make them play few matches against the present squad. Based on the performance of the players around 10 to 15 players should be shortlisted and some should be inducted in the National Team. Others should be kept as reserves and should be given opportunities by adopting rotation policy. Once a strong bench strength is created, the players in the team will be on their toes as they will know that their place in the team cannot be taken for granted and if they do not perform well, they will be out.

Actually what hapens was only due to 2 bad games played by the team. Team is O.K. otherwise.
The -ve point for the side is captainship. Dravid is an excellent cricketer but not a good leader. Most of Indian people will accept this. But the most foolish is BCCI. which is never on right track.
Bigger changes are needed in BCCI

I think this is the time where we should have some Emotional Intelligence, since many times the decision made out of emotion will not be a better solution, the real problem is that we didn't have much wickets in india favoring bowling. Indian players are practicing in pitches where batting is much easier so obviously they think they are doing well in batting department but actually not. So we have to build more pitches where batting will be a tough job, so the batsman will have to do lot of work to improve their batting skill. It will also help bowlers to improve their skill because they will get high confidence. The unsaid rule is when someone got satisfied with his skill, then he virtually stops learning and that’s what happening to the Indian Batsman. Have anyone think that in the recent past any of our batsman have developed their batting skill, I don’t think so……….

Should improve in Test cricket
India is ok at home, especially in ODIs
India beat SriLanka and WI in ODI series recently
India is poor in both Tests and OdIs abroad
Something should be done about it
Seniors should not be played in every match
Rotation policy should be used giving opportunities to
youngsters also
