Now As india has lost the worldcup, everyone is cribbing about our poor performence and coach greg cheppel. What should we do now, change the team completely like pakistan has done before? Or we need to choose the players based on their past performances?

Replacing all the players will not be a wise decision. Instead replacement should be gradually done. By having all new players in the team you will be inviting disaster. First of all talented youngsters should be spotted and groomed up to replace the senior players gradually. Once a strong bench strength is created, the existing players will feel that their place in the team is not guaranteed and that if they do not perform they will be out.
