Think the start up options were messed with and now it cant restart.Have tried disabling BIOS and not worked.

when you start up the computer, press F10 or F12 to get into the boot menu. Depending on what you were last doing, you want to try and reset to last known good configuration or you can try and boot into safe mode. If you can't get to either of those, you may have to reformat your hard drive.

unmountable boot volume is usaly a hardware issue with the hard drive you may have to replace it . but in some cases just reinstaling the os fixes it
