Kent, as you probably know, is too big. a town or a village name would help to narrow down the search, coz one can then check with the local telephone directory.

Try a general google search.
It just might show up his activites generally- you know, in chat rooms, discussion forums and the like.
Contact other mutual friends.
Try classmates.com. or one of these other websites that let you keep in touch with your classmates.
Try orkut or myspace. Might be there.
Finally, if you were at school or college together, make a trip back there, get hold of the office guys and make them dig out old records and get the full address. They're sure to have it.
