I assume you are talking about a sixth sense type of thing or maybe the paranormal abilities like pyrokinesis, telekinesis, and other forms of energy manipulation.
It would help if you were a little more specific in what you want. Do you want information about these abilities for a project or just want to study them?
These abilities do exist. They are not common, and I imagine that the people who possess them would keep them very quiet. And it may be possible for some to develop these abilities, at least to some extent.
