Yes Indigo I indeed do. I get help. I always try and recognise that I'm depressed and speak to someone either a counsellor or my local GP. No I never saw my dad cry but I wish I had have. You're not poison you're a beautiful human being. Take care and draw inspiration from your daughter. remember that ending your own life runs the risk that the same thing might happen to your daughter.

Indigo sweetheart, a whole lot of questions. I took a peek at your profile.... and want to tell you to your first question... Yes, I think many people have those depressed days. I myself do at times and I am a Christian also.
We always have to question our actions when we feel we have the "right" to be angry. Sometimes that is indeed the case, but it is not always in our best interest nor in the best interest to feed that anger. I have never pulled chunks of hair out for the reason you stated. If you have and you do, then perhaps dear young lady, it would be advisable to seek Christian counseling to help you learn how to deal with these situations.
I never feel like I am bad luck, any longer.... but I used to.
From this statement and the statements following, I would say "Your daughter, deserves to have a mommy who is willing to get the help mommy needs in order to be the best mommy that little girl can have."
You obviously love her. You need to be well, in order to care for your daughter well. You are worth it and so is she.
Remember that God is in your court, and His son Jesus was sent to set at liberty those who are oppressed, to provide healing for those in need, to heal the brokenhearted. He came to save us, not condemn us.

It is a fortunate thing, Indigo, that you do have a daughter to nurture and care for. With your experience and knowledge, you are now able to raise her with love and respect, because you know how NOT to do it. You should be proud of that - through your hard lessons, you have learned that you still have the Love in you to put tyour girl's life ahead of anything else. That alone is justification for feeling that you have succeeded in passing a tough test. Go for it, Indigo, you are a treasure, and you have my respect.
Blessed Be.

i don't know what to say regarding all the feelings of pain and loneliness that you describes but it sure is troubling if you are feeling this way and thankfully that you have a daughter that makes you feel better, but still with this kind of depressed feelings and descriptions that you just written and i hope it is just something that you wrote but for the sake again of you and your daughter pls. see and consult a professional person who can talk to you and help you! hope it is just all talk and not real.... good luck and god bless!

Yes, Yes and yes to all of the above... and believe me you will feel like this again sometime in your life even if all the problems you have now are resolved. It sounds to me like you are suffering from clinical depression. And there is no need for you to stay this way. Go speak to your GP and get yourself referred to a psychiatrist. Depression can be managed! And you have to pull yourself together for you kid's sake, coz it sounds to me (about your father) that this depression of yours is a rut your family is stuck in, and you want your kid to be healthy and happy!!
