It can. My heart is alot more racier than before pregnant and I get the occasional light headedness. I believe it is because of the increased blood flow, but do not quote me on that.

in the first 4 months of pregnancy it is very normal to feel dizzy and light headed some even faint, some of it is to do with hormones and it is also to do with the baby growing from an embryo to a foetus and then to a baby as you well know, so yes it is natural.
if you feel dizzy or faint then sit down and relax till the feeling passes.
are you getting what is called morning sickness does it stop you eating if yes then try drinking some sweetened milk it worked for me.
good luck and congrats on the expectant new arrival

yes to all of the above. you also tend to stress about things like heart beat and dizzy spells. mostly though, you will whinge and whine to the nearest male of the species you can find. Also, thinking nothing is how it should be is quite normal if your preggers. relax, its all good and the only problem is all in your head.

I felt like that with my 3rd and i was anemic so I had to take iorn tablets so if you haven't had any blood tests recently maybe ask your midwife or doctor.

It happens when pregnant and also when you're lacking vitamins. You don't have to be pregnant to experience this.
