establish that the majority rules and then bail. i need response to prove to her that her sister skills are poor,( LONG STORY ABBV>) i got her a job , we needed to have a employ. status chg. a meeting w/ boss, after repete inquires 1 mo. we kept waiting ,nothing ever happens, so i push the enelope, calling him again this time demanding there be some thing done i told him that i was speaking for all of us (somethg we all did 1 time or another) as a major. we are demanding it., i talked for my personal complaints, which entailed a greater deal using my truck ,my gas etc a girl rode wme and we have not wrk since
my sis con. to ea day because now that she sees what happened to me she has jumpship along w/ 1 other. aft.ask her 2 keep fighting 4 what we all want she soon told me not to start .bitching about it telling me she did not care hw she got pd, as long as she was working,, she's not said 2 wds 2 me bout it unless i coax her into reply to email please answer thx

some people like to keep peace at work, and maybe your sister doesn't feel the same way as you do. and she really needs her job. you cannot expect your sister or friends to fight your battles. you cannot keep using the excuse that you got her the job, maybe she doesn't reply to you because she knows all the conversation will be about this ordeal, cut your sister a break and if she doesn't want to get involved respect her opinion. Just because she is family doesn't automatically make her your slave for life.
