I have one lunatic who is fixated on being a sob.
Every time I see him on the road, the next day there is vandalism. He was a suspect in a murder of a woman, his van mysteriously burned prior to being investigated.
Saw him yesterday, so today should be fun, either a break in or bullet holes. LOL
ANS:
I have confronted him on issues I can proof, like catching him trespassing on my land. Big bag of wind that backs down, even in private.
