Is it worse than it sounds ?

people usually state their stories on yahoo answers.

But i think they make up romantic stories and stuff to make it look good.

I think their situation is worse than it really sounds ?

I do agree with you - because of the anonymity of the internet, people can be whoever they want to be.

I think people also tend to be more aggressive with each other (flamers) than they would be in person - they feel safe being ugly to others because of the safety factor of the internet.

Some may, but I think most of the questions I see here are genuine. What makes me so sad is the lack of the ability to express themselves - the sorry lack of understanding of the English language - even the lack of will to correct their mistakes before pressing the "Submit" button. That's the real shame of today's education systems all over the English speaking world.

yeah in a lot of cases i would agree. i think some people just post stupid question or derogrative questions to get attention and get lots of answers. but when it comes to the romantic stories yes i think especially the single men act as though their personal love life is better than it is

Of course people lie on yahoo ansers, they'd probably lie to you in person if you met them too. Just modern day human nature. Lie, steal, fight, conquer, and destroy.

I would like to believe what everyone on hear is being honest. I don't think you'll ever really get this question answered. Besides, it doesn't matter.

i don't know, i don't really read into these too much. it could be worse or not as bad as they make it sound either

some of the ones i read , felt somehow too exaggerated ...... or made up as you said ........ but hey that's their trip so ......
