Make sure you know the basic concepts.
Do the practice papers
Keep a cool head.
Elimination will really help you. Look to eliminate some answers as definitely wrong if you don't know what is definitely right. If you are down to two options, use what you know to get the answer.
Be confident of yourself. There are many confusing options such as 'both a and b', 'None of the above' and 'all of the above'. Trust your judgement and knowledge. I've seen many intelligent and good students fall out in that area. They know the answer, but the presence of such options puts them in a dilemma. That is why abundant knowledge and confidence is essential.
Get a good sleep
Don't cram in the exam hall. You'll only forget what you learnt earlier.

Chillax mate,
I have to give the mcq too but I'm chilling ;)
Just do CBSE questions and revise the practicals. Take extra care while reading precautions and the theory involved.
Learn the Object\Image distance for lenses and mirrors...
