The technology exists to manipulate DNA but not quite to the point of recreating Dinosaurs or creating fantasy creatures.
The Dinosaurs time has gone and we should not try to bring them back.
Some parts of the world have dangerous animals that kill people who are not careful.
Imagine holidaying somewhere with a pack of Raptors looking for a snack.

dinosaurs existed so if they can get some dna maybe in the next 100 years or so
But dragons and unicorns never existed so they'd have to be created from geneticall modified creatures somehow.
Probably also possible within the next 100 years

we dont want anything like that roaming around we have enough with the nasty things we have around us at the mo why would we want to make things worse
