.r00, .ro1, .ro2 ... how can this be a video file??!?

i downloaded a video file but this what i got?
which program runs this extension

These files are splitted with rar. (Rar is similar to zip format)
Obtain a rar program, e.g. winrar.
Combine these files with the program, then you can get video file.

That file is WinRAR Split Compressed Archive. You must have wirar to extract the content.
That common on the downloaded file to split to many archive.
