Information, which from a certain perspective, we can be considered, decays to simpler forms in the natural world. since we can't live at a certain level of decay,, we die.
It is a fact of The Natural universe we live in.

it can with some steroids,they started giving it to a small group at a retirement home with noticeable effects. alot a times the thing that kills us is the cells in our body are copied so many times(DNA,RNA) that it gets messed up after awhile (cancer,tumours,old people smell etc)alot of our hormones don't produce what they did at 20,but a couple of major scientist in the field sound pretty sure they'll stop the ageing process in the next 20-30 years.
