Babel Fish is OK for giving you a rough idea of what is being said. However do not rely it for accurate translations as it does things literally.

For the best result found someone fluent in the language.

You can translate pages with google or Babelfish translator but the above person is right as the grammer is different but you will get a general idea of what they are saying
