maximum people who worry with the situation in any respect could admit that the English language is in a undesirable way, besides the shown fact that that's usually assumed that we can not via conscious action do something approximately it. Nah... I spent 14 weeks in boot camp where bathroom stalls have no doors. I just let it loose and hopefully nobody is around to hear and smell that sh!t (no pun intended).

HaHa . When i'm drunk i don't care . I've sat there with the door wide open before now . Even used the mens room .. But otherwise i don't use public toilets :)

i just stick some loo roll down the toilet if i'm using a public bathroom, which to be fair, isn't that often.

I turn the tap on. I really don't know why though. Plus I avoid public ones.

I cant do number 2s unless i am at home. When i wee i just wee we all do it and that's why i am in the toilet so why try to hide it?
