Can we move things with our minds?

Are we capable of this kind of control with just our minds?

If I say "Yes", would you go and do the training for another 10 years to get this ability? Is it not better to get up go pick up the thing you want to move with your hand than waiting for mind to do that by itself?

It can, all out thoughts works in two different ways, one as an energy which influences the subtle engergies without having a visible contact which cannot be perceived through your senses. Second is, thought makes an action stored for a future action in your brain itself. So, your hand's action is also again an action initiated by mind. So, in both ways "Mind works". But, your question as I understood, is a study named as "Para-psychology". many says, there are poeple on earth who does something which cannot be believed through Ordinary "Physics". But, in all those, one thing is sure"Mind Moves" things.

Our mind can be extremely powerful and can acquire control over other living beings including human.... through such control it can accomplish a lot including getting things moved indirectly through command over other beings who have the physical capability to move things. However, it has no power over the inanimate things and therefore can not move them directly. This is why mind should be classified as a metaphysical entity and not as energy.

We can move our own body with our mind, but not directly, as it occurs via. our brain with its nervous system, so it would seem that we cannot move things with 'just our minds'
