I live in a small Canadian city with a large Italian population, so we have tons of Italian restaurants. But more specifically....pizza. In fact we only have one franchise pizza restaurant...'cause all the others have tried but can't survive here because The Italians want their pizza 'just like Mama used to make' , and the franchise places can't compete with the 'real deal' !!! It also means there is no such thing as an inexpensive pizza anywhere here, except the one franchise place...which I must admit...sucks !
