You can download Replay Music's demo for free [I linked the page in the sources section] and use it to record the audio track off the movie clip. I've been using it to yoink music off myspace artist pages so I can vouch that it does work well.

I assume you meant just ripping the audio; an mp3 file is audio only with no image. If you want to convert the whole file, you'd want mp4 format instead and I don't know how to do that. You could try running something like 'wmv mp4 converter' through a search engine to see what pops up.

an mp3 is strictly an audio file :(

If you meant changing a Windows media file to an mp4, or ipod video media.

I believe there is a converter program through apple

but if you google "wmv to mp4" or something similar to that, you can find some neat shareware.

try using Windows Movie maker if u know about it.
it comes with some cool features with XPsp2

try to use adobe premiere 2.0 or download converter tools
