Dont worry about it. I know these dreams are sooo terrible and seem so real but really is nothing to worry about it. It just means( In my opinion) that you love your son very much and the thought of anything bad happening to him would be devastating. Ive had these dreams myself and have often woken myself up from me crying. the first thing I do in the moring is go to the child who the nightmare was about and cuddle them and really appreciate what I have. Your son will be fine, so be happy and try to forget the dream. Spoil your son for a day and youll feel lots better.

I feel like that with dreams, I have so vivid ones and can remember every little detail. My hubby thinks I am strange because I actually remember a lot of detail.
Also If I wake from whether its a bad dream or a good one I actually feel emotional about it.
It is strange, I put it down to being a sensitive person, I blame it on me being a pisceas!!! (If thats how you spell it!).
Don't worry, most dreams mean the opposite.
Go out and by a book on the definition of dreams, very interesting.
It depends on what you believe, but it's the emotions that you felt in the dream playing on you. Don't worry x

Hi Donna, I don't think your dream is a premonition, just an over protective mother with fears that, in this horrible world of ours, her son will come to the harm she reads about. When I say 'over-protective' I mean that in the loosest form and not in a nasty way at all. It is perfectly understandable to have these fears. Sometimes we can change dreams and if you have the dream again try to change the ending whilst in the dream. x

the things i dream about are the things that have been on my mind that day or that night. you just over work your mind and go to bed thinking of the thoughts in your head. it doesnt mean you can see what is going to happen to your son, all mothers are worried about thier sons, you may have seen something on the news or on the paper simular to your dream and youve just been filled with worry.

I think it is just you protectin maternal instincts kicking. You fear that something terrible could happen to your son and that no one would help you. I wouldn't worry that this dream is a premonition. I often dream that things like this will happen to my 13 year old daughter or that she will come home pregnant. It is just maternal fears playing themselves out.

I have had dreams like that, they seem so real. I have had to call my mom at 3am just to make sure she was ok.... Im sure your son would be fine.. but if it make you feel better keep a closer eye on him.. you are his mother and those dreams are horrible.. they make you doubt you mortality... freaky stuff...
