Are my inner lips suppose to hang lower than my outer ones, even though I'm a virgin? Is that normal?

Yes that is normal.
Some people have bigger outter lip's, some bigger inner lip's, some small on both, some large on both. everyone is a little differant and all normal.

Yes it is very normal. It doesn't matter if your a virgin or a escort, the labia foldings tend to be outer more than the labia majora. No need to be worried.
