You need to have a wide network of friends to begin with. Your job would be to match candidates with the jobs available. Your salary will depend on XX% of a successful candidate's annual renumeration. Can be taxing at times!

It is similar in many ways to a high pressure sales job. Your long term success largely depends on your ability to network, place (sell) employees and place them in the right positions to which the companies you deal with are happy as well. It can be stressful but the financial rewards can be high if you are good at your job. You should think remember that in the beginning you may have a slow start, hopefully you have a good support system. Give yourself time for it to work, the more you network and develop a good reputation the more successful you will be, Good luck!
