There's a two-in one based on individual episodes:

Anderson, Kevin J. "Ground Zero" and "Ruins". London: HarperCollins. 1997.

They also published "Goblins" and "Whirlwind".

Dunno if this helps - they ARE pretty faithful to the episodes, but OK in themselves.

Yes there is lots of them available through amazon. Like hundreds. Have you actually tried looking at all?

yes there are.they are called the x files series.some times they have a picture of scully n mulder on the cover.
