i believe that there are people in situations where they can not win. not everyone has an equal opportunity. is this not true?

i do believe in luck. just yesterday i told my hubby that i was taking meds when in fact im not and he asked to see it. I began digging in my purse and i found some old meds. weeiirrdd. That really tripped me out.

I have been in situations where I was doomed, and something happened that saved me and just blew my mind.
I once made a gash in my head while skateboarding in the middle of nowhere. I could not drive of course, as I had to hold my skin against my forehead, and I was bleeding everywhere. A lady walked by at that moment, she had a license and drove me to the nearest hospital....
Another time I was in a bar, talking to a friend on the phone, and smiling, I accidently looked at 2 guys who were probably in a gang. They thought I was making fun of them since I had this big smile on my face. They gave me this "we're gonna kill you" look. Plain and simple. At that moment an old friend from the gym (huge athletic guy) walks in and has a drink with me. We later left the bar and the "gang" guys didn't dare follow us....
I can't beleive how LUCKY I've been. But it only happens when I'm in real danger...
