Does Han eventally die in the Star Wars EU books?

no but i know chewbacca does. then han solo goes back to smuggling and he thinks one of his friends is a traitor until he finds out about the dark jedi....
thats as far as i've gotten. bathroom reading material. Hubby's all gung-ho about that stuff.

No, he does not die in the books. I am on the book Exile and he is still alive. Chewy died and Anakin Solo, but those are the only Han/Solo family that dies so far.

as far as i know he dosent but he comes close in new jedi order: the unifying force when he's bitten by a amphistaff.
