I can play stuff in iTunes, and in Windows Media Player, but the problem seems to start on the internet, I can't watch videos on YouTube, or other online video sites. I'm thinking it could just be a problem with flash, because I can play internet videos that are embedded in Windows Media Player. What could be wrong? Missing my music videos!!

I think you should install QuickTime Player. Most of the videos on-line are playable with this program. It is also a good program for viewing movies. here's th link where I found it:

Good luck I hope this works for you

If, as you say, you can watch flash videos then the problem is not with the player. However, as a precaution download the latest Flash player version from here:

If you're using a firewall or script filtering for you browser, then possibly Flash player has not been granted permission to access the Internet. Given the range of browsers and firewalls, it is difficult to help you with how this is done, but you can always update your question and I'll so my best to help :)

Bear in mind that sometimes the player works fine but the browser plug-in has not been installed properly or has become problematic due to a browser version update.
