well it depends on your style?? if you like the casual look but also want to look neat i suggest dressing from the surf shops brands like roxy rusty billabong they have beautiful clothes that look stylish neat dressy as well as casual you can buy all ur clothes from the one place i dress from their and my niece it 14 and shes chubby like you and she dresses from their its good because you can feel comfortable most of their clothes would hide those embarrassing bits so go have a look.. and remember never say no to an outfit u think yuk or that's not for me because most of the time they are the outfit that look good on u, u have to give it a try even if you think im gna look fat in this or it look ugly when you try it on its different my niece never used to like what i picked out for her but once she gave me a chance and trusted me now shes always dragging me along to the shops with her because she loves what i pick out for her and I'm the second pair of eyes i see what she cant see so next time you go shops ask ur mum or sister friends to pick some clothes out for you.

Try looking to Lane Bryant for examples. They have really cute clothes for chubby ladies... If you don't have a store near you, try their website.

Don't worry...ur not the only one in this..I used to be like this and I thought there were no cute clothes i could get.....I used to shop at wetseal and areopostle those clothes are really cute and not expensive....o they have a website too.....wetseal.com and areo.com...i hope u like them!!!!

Try wearing stripes that are designed vertically, that will make you look taller which will make you look slimmer and sexier.!

black, very slimming, no stripes, black Hanes sik reflections, support pantyhose good, loose, flirty skirts, high heels good, no cheap pantyhose! skirts are good.

try torrid or lane bryant ...i'd say Torrid would be better for ya, cause you sound pretty young.
