Isiah Thomas. All he's done in New York is develop an us against the world mentality and that's what made them a bit better this year, not to mention David Lee who Thomas won't start. The only thing he can do right is drafting players and he has got to learn to stick to that and that alone
And just to defend Lawrence Frank, I mean i'm a nets fan, they're my favorite team, but Vince Carter's very poor shot selection (always settling for the jump shot when he always gets good results when driving), injuries, a lack of depth, a gaping desperate need for a big man is what is killing new jersey right now. How many times have i seen VC go for the win on a three pointer on the left side that never goes in... they have got to get someone better, because as good as he is, carter won't lead them to the finals and neither will anyone else unless they address the big man issue.

Doc Rivers for sure! The guy is a joke. Anyone in their right mind can see Doc can't coach worth of anything. He never settles on a rotation, he gives minutes to players who are having horrible nights or aren't completely 100% healthy(Wally World anyone?), and he doesn't give minutes to players who need them to develop their game (Gerald Green anyone?) Rivers is so bad, he can actually make the college basketball team Iona Gaels who are 2-28 WORSE than they already are! Can't wait for Ainge to fire him at the end of the season!

doc rivers has no real coaching pedigree...his 4 years at orlando were only a fraction above a losing percentage..his teams were blown out in the playoffs..his only successful season he finished 8 games over .500 at boston..he was fired at orlando..and came from the broadcast booth to coach the celtics...no real assistant coach resume..played for mike fratello at atlanta/8 years..did play for larry brown one season41/41 in1992...did play for pat riley at 3 50 win seasons at new york...but still what did he take from those experiences? and then he has that great general manager danny ainge mentoring him...bad coaches, there are alot of them,,sam mitchell/ mike woodson/ brian hill/isiah thomas/maurice cheeks/eddie jordan..models for 'success' in the 'great eastern division...

bob hill of the seattle supersonics is the saddest coach ever. he should be coaching a ten year old recreational league team. clearly the biggest bum in the world of sports. how can you have ray allen, rashard lewis, and chris wilcox and still can't win?

lawrence frank! his team has kidd, carter and jefferson and still they are struggling to reach the playoffs plus a lot of their losses was a "come from behind" victory by their opponents!when your team is leading, you should be almost certain to bag the win!
